We work hard to make sure our customers are always satisfied with our products. Due to the perishable nature of food items, if you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled or lost please contact us immediately within 1-2 business days along with proof of photos and we will do our best to make it right. However, we cannot be held responsible for issues that arise due to mishandling or storage of our products after delivery. If your inquiry is notified to us more than 3 business days later, we hold no responsibility to your products and will not be eligible for refund and/or exchange.
